A comfortable and colorful villa with the salon area looking out over the 9th green of the north course of Golf del Sur. The large rear terrace has plenty of room and comes complete with table and chairs and four (4) sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy. Parking is limited and must be reserved.  Bedroom one (1) has a King-size bed, wardrobes, window with shutters and a ceiling Fan. The bedroom is complete with a large en-suite bathroom. Air conditioned. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamps, fitted wardrobe, patio doors with shutters leading to rear terrace with view of golf course. The villa also has air conditioning. The second bathroom is a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven. The living area has one (1) sofa and two comfort chairs a coffee table, ceiling fan and a television with large patio doors leading to rear terrace. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4-5 people. The terrace has plenty of room and has a table and chairs and 4 sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy. The terrace also includes a BBQ and dinning set to enjoy our near perfect weather.
