Recently renovated, the villa consists of a large living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 5 bedrooms (4 doubles and one twin), 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms, plus a bathroom near the living area and the one located between the remaining two bedrooms (the bathrooms are mostly equipped with new hydromassage showers). It is then possible, on request, to add two more single beds in one of the rooms or in the living room according to the needs of the guests. The villa can therefore accommodate 12 people. The vacation home particularly suitable for families with children also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all rooms except the living room) and a pool table for your entertainment. Outside you will find an 84 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and a garden with tropical trees. There is also a large veranda with seating areas, tables, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The historic center of Maglie, with many stores, restaurants, bars and supermarkets awaits you just 5 minutes' drive or 4.7 km from the property. Otranto is a 10-minute drive (13.7 km) from the villa; you can reach the beautiful bays, caves and beaches of the coast in 12-20 minutes by car (13 km-18 km).
