The space Brand new apartment at the town entrance, on the 1st level floor (not ground level) in a newly built complex called "La Reserva de los Lances" considered to be the best in Tarifa. The apartment is located at the town entrance, on the beach-front, with pool, jacuzzis and garden (usually open from June 1st till Sept 15th) It has one double bedroom with two single beds, 1,5 fully equipped en-suite bathrooms, living room and a large 20 square meter covered terrace, ideal for having breakfast, eating or dining. In the living room two persons can comfortably sleep, as it has a bed and a sofa bed. I finished furnishing it at mid december 2015, so you will find everything you need and all is new. Your rental includes all you may need: underground garage and storage room in the same building, electricity, water, WIFI, safety box, LDC HD 48’’ Smart TV, Playstation 3 with games and stereo. The apartment also includes bathroom and beach towels and bed linen, so you don't need to bring anything, just relax and enjoy your time. Services and shared areas The complex has a nice shared pool, jacuzzis and garden sheltered from levante winds that are open from June 1st till September 15th. The views from the terrace are to the mountain, not to the sea. Due to its orientation it is never too hot on summer, so you won’t need air conditioning, neither too humid on winter, and the pool area is well sheltered from the east (levante) winds that blow more often in the summer months. The neighborhood The apartment is conveniently located in front of a large and well prized supermarket (Mercadona), new kite and windsurfing gear and clothing stores and the 'Café del Mar' restaurant & nightclub. The beach by the apartment, called 'Playa de los Lances', is 150 meters away and the old part of town is 1.500 meters away too, so it's like a 15 minutes walk. How to move around You can walk to the beach, town or for grocery shopping. The apartment includes a safe underground parking for your car or van. Although you could do without a car, I recommend driving by car to Tarifa to move around, visit other beaches and surrounding charming villages at La Costa de la Luz
