Enjoy sea-views, open plan living areas, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower (no bath) split system reverse cycle air conditioning, enclosed yard for little ones, outdoor area with bbq, dual access to property, room for boat. Popular fishing/crabbing, snorkling and swimming location. Fire Pit available but you must BYO fire wood. Please keep the windows & doors closed while using it. Walk the Yorke. 5 mins drive to Ardrossan! Just a 40min drive to Barley Stack Winery or visit The Coffee Barn Gelateria at Moonta. *Must conserve water as the property only has rain water, not mains water.* Wheelchair accessible. BYO beach, fishing accessories etc. Bring your bikes! Pets Allowed if discussed earlier and only if well behaved & there mess outside is cleaned up and they are kept outside if they shed hair! You can bring your own top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towel & bath mat. There are waterproof protectors on each bed. All Linen can be supplied and beds made up for: Single bed includes 2 sheets and a pillow case plus one towel for $25.00. Double bed includes 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases plus 2 towels for $30.00. Queen bed includes 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases plus 2 towels for $35.00. King bed includes 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases plus 2 towels for $40.00. This Includes hand towel & bath Mat. **** At least one days notice is needed please. Price is per stay. Quilts with covers are supplied and pillows are supplied. Fire Pit is available but you must BYO fire wood. And please keep doors & windows closed while using it. There is no Washing Machine. There is Ardrossan Public Laundry in Ardrossan to use if needed. Open 7 days a week. 8.30am-6pm. Prices listed are based from 1- 5 adults/children. Portacot available. Minimum 2-3 Nights Stay. Public Holidays Minimum 3 nights stay. Please leave the shack tidy. :) Long term stays available but with different conditions etc.
