We would like to inform you that the preparation of our apartment is done according to all the regulations about hygiene and disinfection to guarantee you a safe holiday. All our collaborators follow a strict policy and use specific products to disinfect all the environment according to the official recommendations. The linen supplied is washed and sterilized by a specialized company in order to grant security and cleanliness. Apartment in charming stone house with three other apartments. Shared fenced pool, air conditioning, WiFi and walking distance to a village. Child friendly. Colomba is on the first floor of located at the periphery of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The village can be reached on foot. The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings, the décor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The house has three other apartments; the owners and three other that are for rent. The apartment consists of: Entry to the living room/kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster), double sofa bed and satellite tv, a twin bedroom, a bathroom w/shower, a double room with private bathroom with shower. Mosquito nets in the windows. The stone house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with grassy areas and olive trees. From the house there is a great view of the olive grove, since the house is on somewhat elevated ground. From the swimming pool area around the 5 x 10 meters (depth 1,50 metres) sunken swimming pool which is completely fenced, you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the deck chairs. The swimming pool is shared between all the guests and the owner. There is access to a toilet and outdoor shower. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. There is access to safety boxes, common laundry, internet wifi, parking inside the property.
