Operated by professional hosts and cleaners giving you a home away from home in a great neighborhood with 6ft fully fenced backyard, allowing privacy & security during your stay. This home offers a Pet Friendly environment (conditions apply – subject to approval) The Space: Open plan living with a great aspect designed to maximise the summer breeze through the French doors letting you open it up and air it out. Alternatively, you can close up the windows and doors then cool it down with the aircon, either way this home offers easy living for your stay. There are ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes & Aircons in all 3 spacious bedrooms; the main bedroom can be set up as a King or split to be 2 single beds while the other 2 bedrooms feature a queen bed in each. The polished timber floors are through the entire property, except for the wet areas. The lounge comes with a Ceiling fan and 55inch Smart TV connected to the NBN internet. Single garage is available for use and there is plenty of parking out the front in a quiet street. With the East facing outdoor area providing shade from 3pm enjoy the outside use of the Webber BBQ and 6 seater outdoor setting all in a 6ft fully fenced back yard. Extras included: - All beds are made up with fresh quality linen - One bath towel per guests is supplied - Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days - Complimentary wi-fi free of charge Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, lounge and outside the house. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. Guests have full access to the backyard. The Neighborhood: This property is close to the ring road which gives you an easy drive to any of our main beaches, While still being close to town to access the shops and local restaurants and takeaways. Getting Around: One of Bundaberg's major shopping centers, Hinkler Central sits only 6 minutes away by car and public transport is available only a minute away. Other Things to Note: We are pet friendly subject to approval of the pet by us and rules apply. There is a pet fee of $15/per night for approved outside pets and a fee of $30/ per night for approved inside pets. If a pet is found to be on the premises without approval a $100 fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days. Interaction with Guests: We are available if there are any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise we are quite happy to have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your stay as you please.
