The villa is located on the top of the hill “Monade”, one of the most renowned areas of Diano Marina, from which you can enjoy an outstanding sea view of the gulf of Diano. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, facing south, and gets sun all day long. LOCATION and ACTIVITIES: It is in a very quiet area, with few traffic. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, with sun and sea for family and friends. Garden, terraces, patio, barbecue/grill area. It is also a great location to have relaxing walks and hikes in the countryside, between pine trees and olive groves and vineyards. For expert mountainbikers: you can easily access the second part of “Maiali” freeride trail! However, be aware that to get back at the villa there are about 3 kms of uphill (not a problem if you have a friend driver with a van!) POOL AREA: new swimming pool, 9 x 4 meters, with infinity edge and fantastic sea-view. Elegant relaxation area, with loungers for sunbathing, beach umbrellas, a gazebo, chairs, a shower. Seamless Wi-Fi coverage even in the pool area and in the surrounding garden. APARTMENTS: Villa Beatrice is composed of two independent apartments, each one with two bedrooms: (1) “BEATRICE”, on the ground floor, for maximum 6 people, with a very large terrace, which is a patio, so it is covered. There is large table, for al fresco meals with all family members and friends. (2) “ATTIC”, on the first floor, for maximum 5 people, with an incredible terrace with table and chairs. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 full bathrooms. This listing is for the rental of both apartments together. By renting both apartments, the villa can accommodate large families or a group of friends up to a maximum of 11 people. This way, the pool, the garden and the outdoor facilities are not shared with other guests. Please note that the owners live on the property, in a third apartment (on the lowest floor). They will welcome you. During the week, they take care of the maintenance of pool and garden, to make sure guests enjoy the facilities at their best, but they do not use the pool. Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. - if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand. - if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you. So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer. Important notes: - Check-in and check-out timetables are necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment. - upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law. - Parties and events are not allowed. Please note that the vacation villa is in a quiet residential area, so in any case loud music and noise, screaming and parties are not allowed, especially at night. This is to guarantee a quiet period in the night-time, as required by Italian laws for public nuisance.
