Cancellation policy due to COVID19 In case of: An officially announced national lockdown or international travel ban or illness due to Covid19, our guests will receive two cancellation options: A)Full refund of their deposit if the national lockdown or international travel ban is officially announced up to 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund of the total amount of the reservation, if the national lockdown or international travel ban is announced less than 30 days prior to arrival, if the balance of the reservation is already paid as per our payment policy. Full refund of the total amount of the reservation, if they had purchased one of our special offers. B)An official travel voucher from our company valid until October 31st, 2022, in order to re arrange their vacation on different traveling dates, either in 2021 if the lockdown or travel ban is lifted or in 2022 provided travel is allowed. In any other cancellation case, not related to COVID19, our standard cancellation policy (as per below) will apply. In case of a cancellation, 21 days or less, prior to arrival, 30% of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).In case of a cancellation, 14 days or less, prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).In case of a cancellation, 7 days or less, prior to arrival, 75% of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).In case of No Show or Early Departure the whole amount of the reservation will be retained.In case of an Early Departure due to a severe family emergency or serious illness, the remaining nights will be credited for the guest, in order to return next season and use them (availability check is mandatory).
