** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or instead changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** "Waikiki Dream" offers five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped laundry. The upstairs living area features a flat screen TV with a DVD player, as well as a reverse-cycle air conditioner and wood fire, while the downstairs living area features a second TV and a comfy lounge suite. ** Outdoor Areas ** Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a superb, private upstairs deck featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor setting, plus a second balcony at the front of the house with gorgeous water views. The long driveway provides ample parking for several cars and a boat, and the garage, which houses a table-tennis table for some great family fun, will also be appreciated by biking enthusiasts, offering shelter for their valuable motorcycles. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso Pod), toaster, kettle, rice cooker, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home has 2 wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning units - one in each living room. The Coonara style fireplace will keep you nice and warm and the also has one portable stand alone fan. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Waikiki Dream" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of eleven: Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 4 (downstairs): Two Single beds Bedroom 5 (downstairs): One set of single bunks and one single bed ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
