This house has a private driveway, front porch and fenced backyard with deck , outdoor table, fire pit and chairs and gas grill. $35 pet fee per pet per stay. The backyard is fully fenced for your 4 legged friend. Inside, the main floor bedroom has a queen bed, the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, single bed, air mattress set up available on request, and 32 inch TV. Upstairs has a full bath and tons of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The dining room table seated 6-8. The living area has a 42 inch smart TV. Washer and dryer are in the main floor laundry room , just off the full bath. This home is conveniently located .8 miles from the Country Club Plaza and has a local coffee shop and unique restaurants within walking distance (.3 miles). Google fiber, Smart TVs, coffee pot with filters provided, pack and play.
