The bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom; the stairs in the living room take to the mezzanine floor with the other bedroom. The holiday home has a small backyard furnished with sofas and an outdoor laundry area. The town with many amenities, has a lovely old town centre which is worth visiting, with the old castle with moat, the churches dedicated to San Giuseppe da Copertino and Santa Maria della Neve, the Grottella park and the sanctuary. The holiday home is a short drive away from the sea: the closest seaside location is Sant`Isidoro, 13 kilometers away, while the beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo are 18 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - A bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and it`s without windows. - The ensuite bathroom does not have windows. - Air conditioning in the living room.
