Summary: This lovely apartment offers tonnes of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows running along one side of the property, private terrace with city scape views and and fantastic location! Based in a quiet residential building, this cosy & modern apartment is ideal for couples, business travellers or small family groups. Kindly note the building does not have a lift, and the apartment is located on the top floor. This does mean a few fights of stairs, but it's worth it! The Space: This modern apartment is a bright & cosy nest, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city! The lounge area benefits from the light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows and doors to the terrace, along with a double sofa bed. The terrace is private and for your use only - it is lovely in the morning whilst enjoying a cuppa, or in the evening with a glass of wine. We have a modern, fully fitted kitchen so you have all you need to self cater & enjoy a night in. The bathroom is contemporary, with statement tiles & shower. To the rear of the apartment you have the cosy double bedroom with wardrobe & bedside table. Kindly note the keys for the property are collected off site, a 5 minute walk away. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours. We therefore expect the same from our guests. Getting Around: As this apartment is so central, all the city attractions are within walking distance. If you decide to travel further afield, all the best transport links are available with Lime Street Station and Liverpool One Bus Station close by! There is no parking available at the property. However, there is 24 hour secure parking available a 4 minute walk away at £14.50 for 24hours. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Although we are contactable 24/7 we do not meet guests physically. We have found that guests really like their privacy and so we happily keep our distance unless required.
