Casa Monte is a modern, private and elegant 3.5-room terrace apartment (approx. 105 m2 without terrace), in an elevated position in Ascona. Casa Monte is sunny, quiet and centrally located, with a beautiful view from the large terrace (40m2). A large, heated indoor swimming pool is available for all residents. Please note: The swimming pool is NORMALLY heated and in operation all year, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING. Room layout: All on one floor. Living room with open kitchen, terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and corridor. Living room and one of the bedrooms with exit to the terrace. Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Monte. Smoking is not allowed in Casa Monte. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Casa Monte has one parking spot in the garage of the residence (also suitable for larger cars). Casa Monte is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer. Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
