Walk into this beautiful home and you are greeted by an instant homely feel, with lots of windows that look out to the native gardens so you can keep an eye on the children playing. Downstairs consists of open plan lounge with TV, DVD, split system, dining table, breakfast station and dining table along with two bedrooms downstairs to sleep four, with combined bathroom / laundry with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine. Small outdoor deck for quiet enjoyment. Upstairs consists open plan living with lounge, meals and modern kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and coffee machine. Split system for cooling in summer and open fireplace for snuggling up on those cold winter nights, two bedrooms, one with split system and family bathroom. You will definitely enjoy the summer nights with indoor outdoor living. Sliding doors open onto the enormous deck - with remote controlled roof, bbq, outdoor setting and lounges, with tree top access and view of the cubby house and gardens. You will also get lovely bird life that come for visits. Linen and WiFi included and you can bring your pets. Porta Cot, Booster chair/seat, door/stair gates. Plenty of parking for the boat too. Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a $50.00 charge deducted from your bond.
