From the moment you step inside and look out onto the stunning canal views, you will instantly feel relaxed and on holidays. This is a stunning architecturally designed canal home with direct access to a fully fenced private jetty offering a sophisticated level of finish, perfect for entertaining families, couples and friends. Location: Located one hour (80 Klms) south of Perth and 15 minutes from central Mandurah in a more relaxed area of Wannanup in the prestigious East Port Canals. The Space: The open plan living with glass stacker doors brings the indoor and outdoor living together for those beautiful summer days with a fully enclosed outdoor entertaining BBQ area. For those winter months you can sit in front of the gorgeous gas fireplace with a glass of red in hand whilst still enjoying the views. The dream kitchen is fully stocked with every saucepan, platter etc that you will need to cook for the family, including coffee machine, blender, waffle maker, sand which press and more. 4 Large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage, fully fenced canal front and shade sails over back decked area. The master bedroom: 1 King bed, full en-suite with stand alone bath, walk in robe and TV. Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Fully ducted air conditioning (Heating and cooling) with open gas fire place. Theatre room with large TV Bed linen, bath mats, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels supplied. Please bring beach towels. Basic started pack of Nespresso coffee pods, tea and bin liners supplied to get you started. Miami shops nearby for additional supplies. Wifi NBN The neighbourhood: The house is in close proximity to the Port Board Marina, numerous restaurants, the Cut Golf Course, Avalon beach, scenic walkways and riding paths and the Miami Shopping Centre. Activities: Hire or bring your boat or jet skis and tie up to your own private jetty. 3 kayaks available and set off from the floating pontoon, otherwise BYO water toys for snorkelling, fishing, crabbing, stand up paddle boarding or sit on your jetty and spot the dolphins cruising past. If you are a keen golfer, the 18 hole Cut golf course and driving range is a short 5 minute drive away with Pyramids restaurant and bar. Terms & Conditions We do not accept bookings for school leavers, bucks and hens nights or parties and events. Small gathering considered upon application and full disclosure. No smoking inside the property. Strictly no pets. (Hygiene and infection control management practices implemented) We want you to enjoy your stay, however please respect our neighbours with limited noise and no loud noise after 10pm. The property is on the canal which can negatively impact the neighbourhood. Booking person must be over 25 years old and identification may me sought to verify this. Ages of guests may also be requested . Number of guests must not exceed the number of your booking. The maximum guest number is 8 unless otherwise pre arranged. Blow up mattress and fold out bed available upon request. The booking party acknowledges and accepts totally responsible for damages caused to the property during their group's stay. Failure to abide by house rules such as hosting parties / holding events / illicit drug use or having additional guests stay without the permission of the owner may result in immediate eviction, loss of your bond and forfeiture your rights to a full or partial refund. Check out time may be extended by request subject to availability. Minimum booking 2 nights is required with the exception of long weekends, which has a 3 night minimum stay. School holidays have a minimum 3 to 5 night stay depending on demand. Check in after 2pm and check out 10 am. Own risk: The use of supplied equipment including our private jetty is at your own risk. Damages caused to supplied items will incur a cost to the holiday maker / booking guest. No blow up pools or water slides. BBQ facilities must be cleaned after use. Additional; cleaning fee of $30.00 will apply should this not occur. Please also consider oven, fridge and microwave wipe down prior to your departure. Please Note: All furniture to be placed back to original location when entering the property. Thanks just makes it easier for our cleaner. We love our environment which is protected by our local fisheries officers. Please keep within size and bag limits when fishing and crabbing. Thx again.
