To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we suggest that you stay in this beautiful stone building from the 1950s, which has plenty of space! This spacious pied-à-terre of 120 m² has two bright and communicating living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace nestled in a peaceful and beautifully wooded setting! Bed linen and towels included. Animals accepted. The house : The accommodation, accessible by a stoop, is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - Two interconnecting lounges: the first has a double sofa bed and a TV, the second, below has a corner sofa, coffee table and armchairs. - A dining room with a reception table for up to 8 guests. - A kitchen open to the dining room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine... - Separate WC. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: real parquet floor, a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a decorative fireplace. - Bedroom 2: real parquet floor, a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a decorative fireplace. - Bedroom 3: real parquet floor and a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm). - Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. Exterior: - A vast enclosed park with trees of 1000 m² faces the house. Two large trees provide shade throughout the day. - A terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. Nearby: - Gorges de l'Ardèche located 30 km away (40 min by car). - Aven Marzal caves 20 km (23 min by car). - Avignon is 52 km (48 min by car) away. - Nîmes is 74 km away (1 hour by car).
