The terrace and balconies offer stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. Furnished with natural materials and excellent attention to detail, the chalet will make a group of 14 feel right at home. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms plus 1 luxury bedroom with sauna and steam shower. The first floor has another 2 attractive bedrooms and a shared bathroom. This floor also contains the living area which has a beautiful wood stove, large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a kitchen island and modern equipment. The upper floor, with its high ceiling and impressive use of "altholz", houses the master bedroom which has its own wood-burning stove, a private sauna and a bathroom as well as the 6th bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom. The extensive use of windows makes for wonderful views. The ski area is connected to Flachau on one side and to Alpendorf St. Johann on the other. In winter, the ski run is practically next to the chalet, and guests can start and end their skiing sessions right by the house. Amenities like restaurants, shops and bars are also close by. As an extra service, a cleaner will come in twice a week (bathroom/kitchen/towels).
