The 40 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator and features typical street views. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a large sofa, flat screen television with local channels, a coffee table, a dining table and armchairs for four and more. This large room with sofa and armchairs offers several seating areas and is perfect for relaxing after a long Parisian day, alone in complete relaxation or in company. The couch transforms into a comfortable double bed to provide additional sleeping arrangements for two people and extra linens are provided. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flat. The small but fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are available for your use and information is provided about the nearest laundry mat. The cosy bedroom contains a double bed with a quality mattress. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided, and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Just off the bedroom lies the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll have access to a personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris as well as things to do in Le Marais. About the 5th Arrondissement location: This apartment is in one of the most famous areas of Paris. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, home of the infamous Bertillon ice cream. The Notre Dame Cathedral and gorgeous Ile de la Cite are 5 minutes’ walk and are not to be missed on any trip to Paris! You are always just steps from the hugely popular St Michel, St Germain and Jardin des Plantes. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the infamous Rue Mouffetard nearby which is alongside a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more! Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, resting place of many important French figures. Please inquire for more information about cancellations. - Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM. - Check-out is by 10:00AM. - Final cleaning fee: 50 € - Damage Deposit. A 800€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival - Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking. - Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes. - Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat. Late check-in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100€ check-in fee. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm local time.
