Two story back deck with stairs leading down to the private covered two slip dock equip with 2 boat slips and 1 jet ski dock. Bring your own or rent them at Eddy Creek Marina (5 mins away) We provide 3 fishing poles ready to fish! Alongside the dock, is a fire pit area with seating great for roasting the S'mores kit provided or grilling out on the charcoal grill. Throw some corn hole and watch the sunset. Relax on the water in our complementary paddle boat that seats 4 or use the two kayaks provided down by the water. (Life Jackets are provided and MUST be worn at ALL times on the water. )Located minutes away from great local food, Venture River water park, and Mineral Mounds State Park and Golf Course. We are on the water and surrounded by nature. Bugs, critters, and animals may be present at anytime.
