Chapel Row is tastefully decorated with crisp, clean walls and a light colour scheme throughout. The property has been fully refurbished to the highest standard so you can expect a homely and stylish look. The Space: Head to the living room and you’ll find a welcoming and bright space. With two comfy sofas and a velvet chair, you can retreat here after a day at the beach and enjoy a cosy night in with your loved ones. If you’re looking to relax, turn on the flat screen TV and watch favourite shows on Freeview or snuggle up and get lost in a good book. The house is fully equipped for self-catering breaks by the sea as the modern kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. All cookware, dishes and silverware are also provided. You even have the added luxury of a coffee machine so you can kick start every day of your stay with a delicious coffee! Also sharing this space is the dining area. With a large wooden dining table and stylish dark wood chairs, there is ample room for your party to enjoy meals together. Perfect for family breakfasts and evening meals with friends, this open plan kitchen and dining space is definitely the social hub of the house. In the summer months, open up the patio doors and let the warm breeze in. Outside you’ll find an enclosed garden with outdoor seating. Ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine, this is a sought after gem in Saltburn. The ground floor also has a utility room with a washing machine as well as a separate cloakroom. Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find three spacious bedrooms. A dream to retreat to after a long day, you’ll have a blissful night's sleep at Chapel Row as each bedroom has luxury bedding and premium soft furnishings. The first bedroom boasts a King size bed and a relaxing, neutral colour scheme. The second bedroom is a double with touches of soft pink and grey. Perfect for children, teenagers or solo members of your party, the third bedroom features single bunk beds. Along the hallway is the family bathroom. With wood style tiles, this space is quirky and modern. It is complete with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is free on-street parking on the street directly outside the property and surrounding streets. The Neighborhood: Chapel Row is located in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, alongside the shops, bars, bistros and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance. Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are truly beautiful! Getting Around: Chapel Row is located in the centre of town and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors. Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley. Other Things to Note: We welcome 1 small, well behaved dog.
