If we take a trip back in history, the apartments are located in the old Chinatown, which later became known as Barrio La Manigua. The apartments are located in a very unique building and protected by current legislation due to its historical value, where extensive reforms have been carried out and adapted to the new times, maintaining its original essence and characteristics. The green building is located in an old listed and protected 16th century house. The original color of the building is called "gypsy green" and in the renovation the walls have been kept in light green tones, the patio and the wooden beams in the same "gypsy green" color. Maintaining an Andalusian style, the apartments overlook an open central patio surrounded by flowers and lights, with a fountain recovered from some ruins in the Albaicín neighborhood.
