Villa with heated pool and playground

Villa Vale is located in a small village Momjan, only 2 km from Buje and the Slovenian border, and 10 km from the beach Kanegra, which is known by crystal clear sea. Momjan is an old Istrian town (probably inhabited in Roman times), and nowadays it is widely known for quality winemakers and restaurants that you can visit by foot and enjoy the authentic Istrian specialties. The villa itself is very spacious and offers accommodation for 8+2 people. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large living room with kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balconies overlooking the vineyards and untouched nature. The large garden of 1500 m2 offers plenty of space for fun. There is a swimming pool with heated water (min 26 C), swings, trampoline, table tennis and billiards. If you want to explore the surrounding places, you can use bicycles. We recommend a bike path that passes right next to us and leads you to the valley of the river Arđila with vineyards and a waterfall. For those who like to hang out in the villa there is a barbecue.
