Greetings Eduardo It is a very quiet neighborhood. From the apartment you can see countryside and stunning views to the south. A five minute walk takes us to the center of Mijas Pueblo. The first bar we found "La Bóveda del Flamenco" is the perfect place to have a beer (that's what we call a glass of beer here). Below we have one of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol "El Mirlo Blanco" to which we recommend going for lunch or dinner. Right ahead we have the post office and the Mijas Market where you can buy all kinds of fresh and local products. In the same Plaza de la Constitución we have the Pharmacy, craft and souvenir shops. There is also an ecological Chocolate shop in Mijas with delicious ice creams. All this within a five minute walk. Next to the first bar that we find we have access to the El Mirador Monument, which is a mandatory walk where we will find a bar next to a park with swings for children where they can have a drink enjoying the indescribable views that the place offers while the children play quietly in the park. To visit the town, go climbing or go up the mountain and stroll through the Sierra de Mijas Natural Park, you do not have to take the car. You can walk to any part of the town. From the airport we recommend coming by transfer that we can manage at a very economical price. You can also come by public transport by train to Fuengirola (there are every 20 minutes from Malaga Airport) and from Fuengirola, next to the train station, you can take the bus to Mijas, which also leaves every 20 minutes.
