Lovely, quiet and cozy villa for 4 people with private pool and BBQ. Excellent location in residential area of Son Ferrer next to Port Adriano (Calvià), 5min from the beach, golf and shops. It has private parking inside. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The Villa has a large terrace with porch around the whole house with private pool and BBQ. It has a capacity for 4 people with 3 rooms (2 with double bed and 1 with a single bed), living / dining room with TV and free Wi-Fi. Complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house. Bed linen and a set of 2 towels (big & little) per person are included. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we will provide you an extra set of towels and additional bed linen without any extra cost. On the terrace/porch there is a dining area and another to relax with sofas and a chill out area. The pool is private and has sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a solarium area with great views. On request we can provide baby cots and other additional services without any costs. Check-in and check-out are flexible if it's possible. In high season check-in would be from 16h and check-out at 10h maximum.
