There is also a double sofa bed in lounge 2, making the maximum capacity 11 people. In the family bathroom you can unwind in the free standing bath. The first of our 2 Gaming Rooms has a Flatscreen TV, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Gaming Chairs. The outside space has a large lawn area as well as a 3 separate relaxing patio areas. The garden also boasts a potting shed which has been carefully restored into a fully functioning Games Room which is perfect for all ages. It has a Pool Table, Ping Ping Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a 80’s style Arcade Game with 6000 retro games! There is private parking to the rear of the house suitable for four cars - two in the garage and two on the drive. The large garden is attended to by 2 professional gardeners 08:00-12:00 every other Friday to ensure that the garden is kept in tip top condition for your stay
