This four bedroom Fisherman´s House is in the heart of Port Grimaud 1. Upon entry to the property the is a private paved front garden with table and chairs, this leads up to the front door, upon entry to the house there is an open plan fully equipped Kitchen / Dining / Living area leading out to the Terrace which has outdoor dining facilities. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms (one of them has an additional single bed). There is a shower room with toilet to serve both rooms and an independent WC. The second floor has a Master Bedroom, with balcony overlooking the canals. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate WC. On the other side of the hall there is a bunk room. The back terrace of this house is well appointed and gets plenty of sunshine. There is a large outside table for dining al fresco. During the summer months there is a sail for shade. The entrance to Port Grimaud 1 with its many Restaurants and shops is 50 metres from the front door and Port Grimaud beach is a couple of minutes walk. The parking for the House is in the residents parking which is opposite the house (it is conveniently positioned at a lay by which is excellent for loading and unloading before you park).
