1 Beacon Court is a luxury four-bedroom holiday home in the popular seaside town of Salcombe. Sleeping up to eight people and welcoming pets, the three-floor property is perched on the hillside with uninterrupted views of the estuary. It is less than a one minute walk to the Salcombe Harbour Hotel and a five minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Harbour Hotel Spa including fully equipped gym, pool, sauna and steamroom. Treatments are 10% off. You enter the property on the lower ground floor. There is an outdoor shower as you come in - just in case you need to wash off sandy feet, salty swimwear or a muddy dog. Inside you will find a large family size shoe cupboard, utility room and the first bedroom, which has a twin beds and a large ensuite shower room. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom, which has a large ensuite complete with separate bath and shower and two sinks, and enjoys balcony access with views towards Sunny Cove. Here you will also find 2 other bedrooms, The first has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and balcony access. The second has a double bed, sea views and is opposite the large family bathroom with large shower room. The top floor of the property houses the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Contemporary style includes an L-shaped sofa, a gas fire and a brand new 50" inch Smart TV. However, the pièce de résistance is the balcony, which runs the length of the property and is big enough for an early morning Yoga session. The property faces south east so is flooded with light in the mornings. At the back of the top floor you will find a decking area complete with a gas BBQ, and steps leading up to a terraced garden with a romantic pergola and a round dining table that once again affords you views across the estuary. The property also has parking for strictly one car directly outside the property. Recommended for: Groups of friends and families.
