Casa Lidia in Porto Ercole

It sleeps three people. It is approximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a reserved outdoor area. You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Porto Ercole, where you will find restaurants, shops, the stop for the local bus and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Le Viste Beach) at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles). Casa Lidia is located on the ground floor of an ancient Spanish fortress of the seventeenth century. You will reach it from the parking area along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 20 stairway steps. To stay at Casa Lidia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Casa Lidia is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out). Patio The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Living Room The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small patio through a French door. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Mezzanine LevelBedroom with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing 15 steps. This room has no door. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). An additional French bed (120 cm/47 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The room has a window overlooking the street below. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.   Please kindly note.
