Pebble Cottage - a few mins to the beach

The cottage is conveniently located just a short walk to Walmer beach where, unlike other parts of the beach, dogs are welcome all year round. The Space: The lounge is beautifully decorated with neutral tones brought to life with splashes of colour and designer details. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with its large double oven and has everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal. Fish lovers and foodies will want to visit Jenkins & Son, where you can buy fresh local fish such as Dover Sole and Seabass. But if you want a break from cooking, then Deal and Walmer have many restaurants to choose from including the award-winning Frog and Scot and The Rose, as well as nearby Fish Chip shops and other independent places to eat. Next to the kitchen there’s a separate utility room with a washing machine and space to hang your wet suits after a dip in the sea! Outside there’s a small garden with seating for 2 people. Upstairs are two double bedrooms each with their own wardrobes as well as the bathroom. Deal itself has lots to offer. Start with a blast of sea air: a brisk walk along Deal Pier, past fishermen trying their luck. Or you may want to poke about the galleries and cool homeware shops or try the local farmer’s market held every Saturday in the town. In 2020 Deal was voted the ‘best place to live in the UK’ by the Sunday Times and there’s good reason for it! In their own words it is a “stylish seaside spot away from the gaze of the week-ending masses” The Times. Guest Access: Guests have access of the whole house and garden. The Neighborhood: Walmer is lovely and quiet and the cottage is conveniently located a short stroll of 5 mins to the beach. Getting Around: It's easy to get around. Deal and Walmer can be enjoyed by bike or foot. And for quicker transportation car. The train station is located in Deal with high speed services up to London. Other Things to Note: Please note: Security deposit amount is £100. Whilst we expect some wear and tear, if there is any serious damage that we cannot easily rectify, it will be necessary to apply charges. Should there be any charges against your security deposit this will be fully explained to you.
