Relax on the deck chairs overlooking the beautiful Blue Bay Beach. Enjoy direct access onto the sand with a location to die for. All living spaces are located downstairs in the property with a powder room on this level. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and a main bathroom. The main bedroom features a private balcony with views to both ends of the beach. It also has a ping pong & foosball table, boogie boards, for the kids, and 2 adult bikes Bedding Main Bedroom - King Bed x 1 with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed x 1 with ensuite Bedroom 3 - Tri-Bunk x 1 (double on bottom single on top) Bedroom 4 - Single bunk bed x 2 (single on bottom, single on top) All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The property Sleeps a total of 11 Guests, However a maximum of 8 adults will be permitted. Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 25's/ schoolies or bucks/ boys & hens weekends. Linen is provided for this property. SMALL HOUSE TRAINED DOGS ALLOWED Guests are required to complete on online checkin in which you will be asked to upload your id and card information, Please note this is PCI compliant and is non negotiable. Age Limit: Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 25 years old unless a specific exception has been approved.
