Enter the home which has an open living area with water views.  On your left is a sitting room with a music station, take a book and relax.  To the right is a large play room with fun things for the little ones including tables and chairs for games and loads of toys.  The modern kitchen has a gas stove top with six burners and an electric oven under bench and microwave.  An island bench houses the sink so you can chat whilst you cook, the dining table is opposite the kitchen.  A large L-shaped lounge is in this open living space and TV is wall mounted.  The entire property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a gas heater for the cooler months. The bedroom wing is to the left of the living rooms with a queen bed and double robes and the other bedroom has two single beds and double robe.  A toilet is situated between the rooms and a bathroom, with a bath. The master bedroom is at the rear of the property surrounded by windows with an outlook over the water.  An ensuite is situated off the master bedroom with a double shower and vanity. This home has a double lock up garage suitable for one vehicle and parking for others. Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
