The Green House is a recently renovated 19th century railway cottage. Green outside and in, furnished with plants and botanical prints, fully powered by renewable energy and carbon off-set. Located in the best possible location, with everything wonderful Brighton has to offer right at your doorstep. The open plan living area has an extendable dining table that can seat up to eight and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher to whip up meals should you wish. One may prefer to take advantage of the tremendous choice of restaurants minutes from the door. The Smart TV has Netflix on tap and good to go, an Alexa speaker with Spotify all set up so you can simply ask for the music you want, 70mb fibre broadband and a desk area if you need to work, with a Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules to keep you going. The garden has seating and outdoor lighting for a nice evening drink outside, there are three bright and airy bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep and a sophisticated, spacious bathroom with separate walk-in shower and bathtub. High quality linens are supplied, along with plush towels and hotel-sized toiletries. We trust you will enjoy this unique space as much as we do - an oasis of green in the heart of a fantastically vibrant seaside town. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur. Please note that this is a strictly non smoking home. Please understand that our cleaners take cleaning during these times VERY seriously, but are not paid a higher wage then before the pandemic. In fact they are paid an average wage. We often get feedback from guests that the cleaning fee is to high, however guests should know the cleaning fee is made up of a split between linen hire 60% and 40% paid directly to the service provider cleaner. Therefore, if you do the math the cleaners are not paid exorbitant amounts of money to do a very important and hard job. Please take this into consideration when booking or especially when asking for compensation. We don't want to take money away from cleaners in these difficult times unless there is a legitimate cleaning complaint. Additional linen and cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee.
