3 room apartment of approx. 50 sqm available. It is located on the 2nd Floor. All rooms are divided separately. There are two large bedrooms, each with a single bed. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, mugs etc.), with everything you need for cooking. Please notify your arrival time promptly. The key handover takes place on the day of arrival directly in the booked apartment / house by the landlord. Fresh bed linen and fresh towels are included in the final price. Free interim cleaning is possible by arrangement at no extra charge. If the booked accommodation has WiFi, this is free of charge for you. Living rooms with sleeping facilities are counted as bedrooms. Please note that the apartments / houses are usually used by the landlords themselves and are only left for your own use for the duration of the rental. When booking private rooms in apartments or in private houses, the accommodation is shared with the landlord. Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 22:00 and departure from 08:00 to 11:00.
