The holiday home has a living room with comfortable sofas and dining area with upholstered chairs, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with two single beds each, the third with a double bed as well as 2 bathrooms, one with a spacious walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub, and offers space for 6 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair for children. Outside you can enjoy refreshments in your own spacious pool, there are sun loungers in the garden and a covered and shaded terrace with seating area and lounge furniture for relaxed meals outside even in high temperatures. There is also an outdoor barbecue and a walled play area with swing for your exclusive use. By car you can reach various supermarkets (approx. 2-2.5 km) in less than 5 minutes, a golf course is in the direct neighbourhood, as well as an aquapark. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities can be found directly on the Costa Teguise, about 5 minutes by car. The next beach "Playa Bastián" is reached after 6 minutes by car (3,2 km). The former island capital Teguise, one of the oldest places on Lanzarote with its authentic charm and historical town centre, can be reached after a drive of about 11 km or 12 minutes. The drive from/to the airport takes about 15 minutes (15 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. -
