Family home for 6/4 people, ideally located in Sainte Marie De Ré / La Noue facing the vines réchaises. The house is close to shops, beaches, bike paths but also La Rochelle. Very bright in a quiet area (dead end), it is facing south, without floor and an area of 120m2. The house has a garden of 300m2 fully enclosed and without vis-à-vis (ideal and secure for young children), overlooking a large wooden deck. The house includes: - fully equipped open-plan kitchen - a dining room with TV lounge area overlooking the terrace - a cellar - 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed (140cm and 160cm) and one with two single beds (90cm). Each has a large closet / closet - a bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin - Separate WC with washbasin - in front of the house a paved courtyard where it is possible to park a car - garage for bicycles You will find on the spot: barbecue in stone for your grills, living room of garden, parasol, deckchair, TV, stereo, sofa, two armchairs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, oven mirco-waves , electric cooker, American fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, electric heating. Toys for children. The bedding is equipped with duvets and pillows. TOILET LINEN AND SHEETS ARE NOT SUPPLIED. THE HOUSEHOLD IS AT YOUR SERVICE AT THE END OF THE STAY. THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE WIFI (you are on vacation, we disconnect!) Cot and high chair available on request. The whole house and its furniture are at your disposal as well as the garden. You have private parking in front of the house to park your car. THE HOUSE IS RENT FOR 7 NIGHTS MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY NEXT. The arrival is from 16h and departure from 10am. NOTE: arrival and departure are organized by CONCIERGERIE DE L'ILE DE RE. Also before / during your stay, if you need the least service (bed linen, bath towels, bicycles, cleaning end of stay ...) you will be able to contact the CONCIERGE OF THE ISLAND OF RE which will be at your disposal . We will give you their contact details after your bookings to organize with you your arrival and departure from home. The district: It is a family home facing the vineyards in a dead-end street that keeps you quiet. You will find at 500m the various shops (bakery, fishmonger, tobacco-press, bike hire, cheese ...) as well as the market place of La Noue, bus stops and restaurants. The beach is 900m and thalassotherapy **** 4km. Bike paths a few meters from the house to walk around. The beautiful beaches of Bois Plage en Ré are coveted 5min by car and the port of La Rochelle 20min by car. You can practice golf, swimming, water sports, horse riding, bicycles, hiking, guided tours ... For gourmets, the island is full of small restaurants and local producers not to miss! You will find in 5 min on foot a bus stop serving all the Ile de Ré and which can also lead you on the continent. The house is quiet, neat and clean on your arrival. We expect tenants to be respectful of the place and the neighborhood throughout their stay. The house must be returned in the condition in which it was rented. Our house is rented regularly to many tourists since 2011. You will find all the necessary comfort and it is with pleasure that we will accomodate you for your holidays on the very beautiful Île De Ré!
