Outdoors: extensive gardens host the stone-paved pool area. Provided sun loungers, parasols, and a wooden hammock surround the private pool and the whirlpool spa. The outdoor dining area under the built-in BBQ and the sitting area by the pool is here for your enjoyment! 7 acres of private property with olive grove, fruit trees, shrubs, oaks, cypresses, and wild vegetation are perfectly accessible for invigorating walks. The two-storey self-catering villa consists of the Main Building and the Quest House in the lower garden level. The spacious, bright, and airy interior has been intriguingly designed and spans 3 levels. An open-plan area on the ground floor features a comfortable lounge with a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a corner fireplace, a flat-screen wall-mounted satellite TV. and the fully equipped kitchen provided a dining table, oven with gas hobs, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Also, a modern well-equipped kitchen and a second lounge, spacious enough for total relaxation are featured in the Quest House. A dining area can be found on the mezzanine of the Main Building. The main enormous bathroom on the ground floor features a huge corner bath, a built-in wardrobe, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Up to 8 people can comfortably be accommodated in the 4 bedrooms keeping always the needed comfort and privacy for our guests. All bedrooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes, patio doors, and windows with mosquito nets. 1st bedroom - mezzanine: queen-size bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and immediate access to the patio. 2nd bedroom - top floor: queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, and private balcony. Accessed by its own internal staircase. 3rd bedroom - top floor: twin bedroom with two contemporary single beds built-in wardrobe, and a private balcony. Accessed by its own internal staircase. 4th bedroom: a double bed bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, and washbasin in the newly built Quest House. In view of climate change and the fact that in Greece we have sunshine most days of the year, we decided to invest in alternating energy sources. That's why the whole property runs entirely on solar power. It's strongly recommended to use the appliances found in the house. For your convenience, car hire is recommended otherwise a private transfer service is available upon request at an extra charge.
