Beautiful holiday home with pool just 1 km from Monte San Savino, in a slightly hilly position. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area, which is pleasantly cool even in summer, with dining room, open fireplace, bathroom and a rustic summer kitchen with pizza oven. A wide stone staircase leads over the loggia to the 1st floor: First you enter the large living-dining room with an open fireplace and an adjoining modern kitchen; further on you get to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where you get to the 4th bedroom and the bathroom via a small salon with a sofa bed. In front of the house you will find a terrace equipped with barbecue. The pool area is located at the back of the house, with direct access from the house. The particularity of this house is the large park and surrounding land, which includes a small pine forest with a spring, as well as olive and fruit trees. Outside there is also an outdoor play area (badminton, volleyball, bocce). The porter lives in an outbuilding with a separate entrance. From the house you can reach Monte San Savino also on foot, which offers numerous bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. Do not miss a visit to the historic center of Arezzo (20 km), also reachable by train. other suggestions for your excursions: Cortona 20km, Siena 50km, Florence 80km; Rapolano Terme with beautiful spas is only 25 km, Lake Trasimeno 35 km.
