Villa Eva is a 250 sqm private villa that offers 50sqm of swimming pool and 1200sqm of private garden with BBQ. The entire area is private, which allows for a very quite setting and a good night’s sleep. Overall there is a verandas to chill out with spectacular views of our luxurious outdoor space. The villa is separated into two levels : The main entrance level: Consists of the living room with a smart TV (Netflix, Spotify, YouTube) and a dining room to enjoy your meals. There is a bedroom with a patio that has a view of the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room are all also located on the main floor. On the first floor: There are three bedrooms with balconies facing the sea, sunset and the seaport of Adamas. There are two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
