The centre of town is a 10 minute walk where you can find a selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, shops and the local surf club. There is also a variety of walking and biking tracks, parks, exercise stations and picnic spots all close by. A tranquil bush setting offers complete privacy and comfort. Woorim is a hidden paradise and this property is the perfect family getaway with two living rooms, two outdoor entertaining areas, a swimming pool and a secure fully fenced yard and Air Conditioning throughout. The living, kitchen, office and dining room are all open plan and flow out onto the front deck. The design of the deck allows for plenty of more seating options around it. The Breezeway offers a second large lounge room which has comfortable seating including a double pull out lounge and chairs, library, plenty of family games and puzzles and another flat screen smart TV. Access via a glass sliding door is another large outdoor deck area that overlooks the garden and swimming pool with plenty of seating to sit back and relax while watching the kids in the pool or playing in the yard. All bedrooms offer breezeway panels that allow the air and sounds of the ocean to float through. There is a double fold out sofa bed in the second lounge room. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate internal laundry with a washing machine. The yard is fully fenced and surrounded by beautiful established trees and plenty of lawn space. There's also an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand. It is the perfect place to bring the kids and even the dog. There is everything you need within walking distance from the property for your next beachside holiday, as well as having Brisbane City and the Sunshine Coast under an hour's drive away. The famous Sandstone Point Hotel is less than 10kms away and other Bribie Island highlights like the Cinema, Pumicestone Passage, butterfly House, two golf courses and the Bongaree Jetty are 5-8 minutes away.
