Built on a hill, this secure and pedestrian residence offers you a lot of tranquility and a beautiful view of the vineyards. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and water slide, as well as an indoor heated pool, children's games, table tennis and bowling, are waiting for you in the countryside. The Gard is one of the most diversified regions of the Midi, with superb beaches, small ports, charming small coastal towns, such as Grau-du-Roi or Port Camargue, home to Europe's leading marina, but also the nearby Camargue, with its wild landscapes, horses, bulls and birds that live in semi-freedom. Among the 550 listed monuments of the department, the superb Pont du Gard, including the highest Roman viaduct in the world, is a must at 45 minutes. Hiking enthusiasts will be thrilled with a Greenway accessible to bicycles, runners, walkers, rollerbladers and people in wheelchairs, whose departure is in Caveirac, just 13km away. Drawn on the old Nîmes-Le Vigan railway, it crosses the villages of the country of Sommières and Vaunage, with junctions with other routes, to discover the beauty of the landscapes.
