The Space: This amazing north-east facing stylish apartment offering ocean views is located in the hub of all of what Wollongong City Lifestyle has to offer. An array of restaurants, cafe's shopping, beaches, pools and golf is all at your doorstep. Walk to Win Stadium /Entertainment Center/ Performing Arts. You seriously wont need your car! The small residential complex comprises only 32 apartments across 7 levels and is located above retail shops and restaurants on Crown St, adjacent to the mall in the heart of the Wollongong CBD. Our living space occupies two levels with a feature polished hardwood stairway within the apartment. This smart and stylish apartment offers a large open plan kitchen and dining. Quality European appliances, gas cooking, integrated dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and large fridge/freezer. Ducted air throughout & hardwood timber floors. Generously appointed bedrooms each with own bathrooms, and built in robes, modern amenities with lap design swimming pool, under-cover entertaining room ideal for family gatherings, secure double car space and lift access. Entry to the apartment is on Level 6. The master bedroom, on the entry level, has an ensuite and full sized workstation. Free high speed fibre optic wifi is provided. All bedrooms and living areas throughout the apartment are fitted with automated sunscreen as well as blockout blinds to create the perfect ambiance or to sleep well into the day. The feature hardwood stairway leads to the upstairs living area, second identical workstation another full-sized bedroom, main bathroom, kitchen, dining and outdoor entertaining area which is equipped with 6 seat outdoor setting and Weber gas BBQ. The deck and living area have views across the city, parkland and coastline to the Wollongong Head lighthouse which makes an enjoyable 900m walk from the apartment. The lounge is tastefully furnished and has a queen fold-out bed, massive 4K TV (Netflix Included) and stereo with bluetooth connectivity. Guest access: The entire apartment is beautifully furnished and dedicated to guest use. The swimming pool in the complex is located on Level 3 and is available for your enjoyment. Two secure parks are provided in the basement of the building. Interaction with guests: Guests will enjoy the convenience of self-check-in and will have quiet enjoyment of the space throughout their stay. However, we are only a phone-call away if assistance is required. Other things to note: When making your booking, you agree to abide by our house rules and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION if you and your group are not totally committed to:- • A maximum 6 persons are allowed on the property at any time. The 6 person limit applies to the apartment, pool area and all common areas. • This intimate apartment complex is a small close-knit community. You are required to move about the common areas quietly and respectfully. • No parties or gatherings are permitted in the apartment, pool area or anywhere on the common property. The 6 person limit applies anywhere in the building at all times. • Loud music, excessive noise, boisterous or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction without compensation. • No smoking is permitted anywhere in the building. This includes the apartment, apartment balcony, swimming pool, carpark, elevator and common areas. An additional $500 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected in the apartment. • The apartment must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition. The dishwasher must be stacked with any dirty dishes and cutlery and activated prior to your departure. Extra cleaning charges will apply if dirty dishes are left for our cleaning staff or if the apartment is not vacated in a tidy condition. Any missing items or damage to the apartment will be charged to your account. • Please avoid stains from make-up or hair dyes, which are almost impossible to remove from towels and linen. Replacement cost of stained towels and linen will be charged accordingly. • The use of glitter is not permitted. An additional cleaning fee of at least $200 will apply if glitter contamination is found in the apartment. • Two key sets will be provided for use during your stay. Each key set contains a security key and electronic fob. The apartment is located right in the middle of the Crown St/Corrimal St restaurant precinct with a myriad of coffee shops, bars and restaurants of all cuisines to choose from. One thing is for sure - you will be absolutely spoiled for choice! Getting around: Wollongong’s FREE Gong Shuttle Bus makes it easy to get around the Wollongong’s CBD. The service operates in both directions on a loop from Wollongong Station to Wollongong University via Wollongong Hospital, Burelli Street (behind the apartment) and the Innovation Campus. On weekdays the Shuttle operates every 10 minutes between 7am and 6pm and every 20 minutes from 6pm to 10pm. On weekends the Shuttle operates every 20 minutes between 8am and 6pm. The route numbers for the Gong Shuttle are 55A and 55C.
