This nice apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan Maremma: the Argentario peninsula. Connected to the mainland by a long strip of land nestled between the sea and a lagoon and bordered by a long sandy beach, rises this wonderful headland rich in vegetation and dotted with small beaches, coves and inlets with crystal clear waters. The apartment is located in a strategic position. It is situated in Pozzarello at only 3 km from the center of Porto S. Stefano. The somewhat decentralized position makes it perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday a little out of the crowded centers of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. It is located in a neighborhood that, unlike many others in this area, is inhabited throughout the year and being set a little back from the main road leading to S. Stefano (approximately 300m) enjoys a relaxing tranquility throughout the year. A few meters further inland, at the ‘Centro Sportivo La Rosa’ it is possible to rent a ‘calcetto’ or tennis court, as well as enjoy a good pizza in the restaurant of the Center. From the house you can easily walk to the beach of Pozzarello, a sandy and small pebbles beach, partly free and partly occupied by beach baths, and on which you also find an excellent restaurant. If you want to go to Porto Stefano or reach one of the other beaches of the promontory, every summer the Municipality of Monte Argentario provides a free shuttle bus, which stops a few meters from the house. The apartment lies on the second floor of a well-kept building (lift available). Most of the apartments are occupied by the owners throughout the year and therefore the property is very well looked after even in the common areas. Some steps lead to the main entrance of the building were you also find an elevator. Through a security door you enter the apartment. A small entrance opens into the spacious living room, furnished with two sofas (one convertible into a double bed), a dining table and a wall unit with books, tabe ware and a TV. A French window opens onto the balcony where you find a small table and where you can have breakfast or sip an aperitif coming back from the beach. On the balcony is also placed, in a corner, the washing machine and from a second window door you can directly access the fully equipped the kitchen with table and chairs. The bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and a small closet can be reached through a small hallway from the living room. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms present spacious closets. The apartment is equipped with an autonomous boiler that provides both heating for the cooler months and the hot water. Guests have the whole apartment for themselves as well as the balcony. We are always at your service to help if necessary but also to give good tips and information on restaurants, bars, sights, excursions, things to do and to see….. The beach can be reached with a very short walk. For Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Grosseto ... and the other Argentario beaches there is a bus shuttle service during the summer season.
