Villa Almeria with ocean views

Villa Almeria is a lovely three-bedroom three-bathroom villa with a private heated pool that is available for holiday rental in the Madronal area of Costa Adeje in Tenerife. It enjoys wifi internet access, as well as optional air conditioning. Outside the villa has extensive grounds including a large swimming pool with optional heating and a large garden. The villa enjoys ocean views both from downstairs and upstairs. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with 6 sun loungers and 2 sun parasols. There is also a Balinese bed. A wooden table and chairs is positioned in a covered section of the terrace. There is also an outside shower. The villa is laid over 2 levels and there is also a basement with a utility room, where you will find the washing machine and iron and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is a large spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. There is also a conveniently placed fridge/freezer, so a chilled drink is never far away. A separate covered area consists of a rattan dining table and 6 chairs, with a large gas barbeque. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the sun terrace and pool area. It has air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan. There are 2 bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror above and a couple of occasional chairs. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower connection, 2 wash hand basins with a large mirror above, and a WC. The 2nd bedroom has a doubled as well with 2 bedside tables. There are large mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and an occasional chair. This bedroom also has air conditioning as well as a tall portable fan. The family bathroom is close to the entrance and to the second bedroom, so is almost an ensuite. There is a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above, bidet and WC. On the upper level, there is another large living room with comfortable sofas and a large pouf. There is a modern bookcase with a selection of books, which guests are welcome to borrow. This room has air conditioning as well and there is a flat-screen TV with a wifi router and English and international satellite channels. This lounge overlooks the pool and garden, as well as having great sea views. The balcony has a selection of comfortable chairs. The other half of this floor has a dining area with a modern glass dining table and 6 chairs. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and liquidizer. The third bedroom is on this floor with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps and air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, 2 wash hand basins with mirror above, a bidet, and WC. There is also another door close to the kitchen, so if desired this bathroom can be used by the rest of the house. The owner requires a security bond of 600 euros, which will be refunded back to guests within 2 weeks after the end of the holiday, providing there is no damage to the villa.
