## Space Located 10 minutes walk from the train station Part-Dieu, this accommodation is furnished with a balcony arranged so that you feel at home, in a residence with large park. Close to all amenities (Gare PartDieu, Metro, Tram, Bus). It consists of a large bedroom with a bed and access to the balcony facing south. The living room includes a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and a laundry room with all the necessary to accommodate young children (bed and high chair are provided). We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included. You will be given the keys on appointment by a specific Memorable Place agent at the property. According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment. Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :) IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding. ## Access In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment. By booking, you accept our security camera facing the front door only to control the number of travellers. It only views the front door to allow for an autonomous check-in and check-out.
