Beautiful 3 bedroom villa just 7 minutes from the famous Nissibeach. The villa is located on the outskirts of Agia Napa, at the end of a small street, it is very quiet and the neighbors, mostly locals are very helpful and accommodating. A good choice to spend quiet, relaxing and beautiful holiday in Cyprus. First floor: The first floor has a large open area where the living room, kitchen, dining room and utility area are located. There is also a guest W/C. Living room: The comfortable and stylishly furnished living room has a TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. You can easily get outside to the terrace from the living room through a sliding doors. Dining Area: This has a small wood-burning stove which may be used in the cold months. In addition, the dining table offers space for 6-8 people. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with modern granite countertops, oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and of course with dishes and utensils you need. Utility Area: The utility area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, refrigerator with freezer, and water dispenser. There is also a gas heater for cozy fall and spring evenings. First Floor: 1st Bedroom: has a double bed with a large wardrobe, as well as a chest of drawers. 2nd bedroom: has two single beds, a large wardrobe and also a chest of drawers. 3rd bedroom: has a double bed and two dressers. All three rooms have air conditioning (fan -heating for the cold days in winter) and infrared heaters. Bathroom: The bathroom has a marble washbasin with recessed sink, a bathtub with shower screen and shower, and a toilet. Garden: There you will find a tiled sun terrace with table and chairs. If you go down one step, you will come to a wonderful pool (7m long and 4m wide). There are also sun loungers and umbrellas at your disposal. The whole terrace is surrounded by a beautiful bougainvillea hedge. For great nights you can light up the terrace very nicely.
