The holiday home “Villa Bienestar” is located in a residential area in El Toro Cavià, in the beautiful island Mallorca, and it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy a quiet and relaxed holiday very close to the sea. The 118m2 house consists of a living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable television. A baby cot and a highchair can also be provided upon request. The absolute highlight of the house is its beautiful outdoor area with views over the mountains. Here you will find a pool, sunbeds and parasols, a lounge area under a pergola and even a grill where you can prepare delicious dishes. You will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (350-700m; 5-10 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Playa del Mago, is just a 12-minute drive away (7.8km). Here guests can relax on the sand or take a dip in the sea. If you want to do something different and especially if you’re traveling with children you can visit the theme park Katmandu Park (11 minutes driving, 7.2km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after 30 minutes driving (33.2km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property charges a fee for the use of electricity. Groups of guests under 25 years old are not allowed.
