Villa for 10 people situated in a small village with just 4 houses. Carefully restored during the last decade. The house has cobblestoned floors, inner stone walls, terra cotta tiles, and oak beams which gives an authentic, Majorcan farm-style experience. There is 3 km to shopping facilities and approx. 15 km to a lovely beach. The villa has: • Dining room with double doors and stairs to the 1st floor • Classic-style kitchen with original stone sink, electric oven/stove, dishwasher, and microwave oven • Open plan living room with original stone walls and feature fireplace • 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One has an amazing view of the mountains; another has access to a private terrace. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom. Outside: • Newly renovated private swimming pool with a slight slope into the crystal-clear water • Lawn-area and comfortably furnished sun terrace • A terrace under the shade of old trees with seats • A covered dining area with a brick-built barbecue *** 200 EUR deposit*** Due to the new rules on recycling and waste management in the city of Búger, the purpose of this deposit is waste recycling from the guest(s). This deposit will be returned to you near the end of your stay if the waste has been removed from the property by the guest(s). ***Optional, free services by request*** The following services can be delivered for free, only if requested in writing: • Pool towels • Fenced-in pool • Baby set. This set includes baby monitor, pool and beach toys, potty, safety rail for bed, night light for children, non-slip mat for the shower/bath, utensils for babies and children; bowls, cups and plates, toilet-chair, changing table, crib/cot, and high chair, DVDs for children The area: This holiday home is a stone's throw from downtown Búger which has a couple of cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, and a grocery store. The little village has a few attractions like the church Església de Sant Pere de Búger, the mill Molí de Can Garindo, and Creus de Terme, which are crosses throughout the village that were used to mark the city limits in the past. There is a little less than 3 km to Campanet which also has multiple eateries, a couple of bars, a couple of supermarkets, and a little outside of the town are the Cuevas de Campanet - exciting stalactite caves which have guided tours. The closest larger city is Sa Pobla which is approx. 5 km from the holiday home. There are several shops and stores, eateries and e.g. the museum Museo de Sant Antoni i el Dimoni, which is about the popular annual festival for Saint Anthony - one of the most well-known traditions on the island. Approx. 12 km from there is the Parc Natural de S’Albufera (The Albufera Natural Park), which is a beautiful nature preserve, ideal for hiking and biking, and with its rich avifauna, it is a paradise for birdwatchers. 1 km from the nature preserve is the beautiful and child-friendly Playa de Muro; a beach where you can practice multiple different watersports like jet skiing and parasailing. 11 km from the holiday home is the town of Inca, which, aside from several eateries, bars and stores and the old marketplace Plaça de sa Quatera, lies near e.g. Església Nova ("The Unfinished Church") (approx. 4 km), the monastery Ermita de Santa Magdalena (approx. 7 km), and the castle Castillo de Alaró (approx. 20 km).
