The Retreat

The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite. There are 2 other master bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite all with an external entrance. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have 2 singles in each, one with the ability of making a king bed. Downstairs is a separate TV/rumpus room and a games room complete with pool table, tennis table and soccer table. The well-equipped kitchen will make cooking dinner a delight and the huge dining table overlooking Eagle Bay is perfect for an evening with friends. From here the house opens up to a wide enclosed verandah area perfect for alfresco dining. The main living area upstairs is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a wall mounted LCD TV and surround sound system. A 7 minute walk down down Eagle Bay road and you're at one of Australia premiers beaches - fun for the whole family. Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
