Elegant and equipped with all comforts, this new apartment is located 5 minutes from the beaches of Alghero which can be reached by walk or by bicycle. As owners we have been renting other houses for years and we are sure that with our experience we will be able to offer you a beautiful holiday. The apartment which offers full privacy and independence, is located on the first floor, without lift, and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can become a bedroom (at your choice a double bed or two single beds), a bathroom with shower. Both rooms are equipped with locks, television, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It has two balconies. In case of need, a cot is offered. All services can be reached in a few minutes: bus stop, bathing establishments and free beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, newsagent, hospital, playground, sports center (tennis), cycle path. The peculiarity of this apartment that gives it a special charm is the discovery, during the renovation, of sandstone walls, which recall the ancient buildings of the historic center of Alghero!
