Here is a 2 bedroom apartment, modern, practical and comfortable with a beautiful sunny garden and a mountain view. On the bottom of Annecy-le-vieux, 10 minutes walk from the lake, 5 minutes from shops, it is the ideal base for exploring Annecy and its surroundings, skiing in winter or hiking in summer. Come and relax in this comfortable and spacious 3-room apartment of 72 square meters. Perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends in the heart of Annecy-le-Vieux, everything is accessible on foot, so you can leave your car in the residence's private parking! Indeed, a few steps away, you can enjoy the life of the districts of Albigny and Pommaries which offer a varied choice of food shops (bakery-pastry, butcher, dairy, fishmonger, ...), cafes restaurants. A market is also organized every Wednesday. A 10-minute walk will take you to Albigny beach, one of the most beautiful on Lake Annecy. On site, you will have access to all nautical activities and to bicycle rentals to go around the lake on the bike path. You will also appreciate its two sunny terraces offering a magnificent view of the mountain. The apartment is rented as a whole. We are Mélanie, Cédric and Maxime. One of us is present on your arrival as well as on your departure and we remain available during your stay. We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival;). You will also find a small welcome basket with what to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper ... for a smooth arrival. COVID-19 : In order limitate contacts with each other, checkin and checkout will be organized with a key box. The cleaning of the apartment is done by a professional team to ensure a very thorough disinfection.
